1. Cancellation by the client

You may cancel a project at any time by sending a written notice to our email. The cancellation takes effect from the date we acknowledge the notice.

2. Billing on cancellation

All work completed up to the cancellation date is chargeable. Any remaining balance after adjusting the advance is either invoiced or refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Ongoing services

Maintenance, hosting and support plans may be cancelled with 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. Amounts already paid for the current cycle are not refundable, and service continues until the cycle ends.

4. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an engagement if the client is unresponsive for more than 30 days, breaches these terms, requests unlawful work, or fails to make agreed payments. In such cases, completed work is billed and delivered as-is.

5. Handover

On cancellation, we hand over deliverables and credentials for all milestones that have been fully paid. Unpaid work is not transferred.
