By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and our services.

We provide digital technology services including website development, software development, automation, AI solutions, cloud hosting and consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and cost of every engagement are defined in a written quotation or proposal accepted by both parties.

Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Projects typically begin after an advance payment, with the balance payable at agreed milestones or before final delivery. Applicable taxes are additional. Delayed payments may pause work.

You agree to provide accurate information, required content, credentials and timely feedback. Delays in providing these may extend project timelines and are not treated as our default.

Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Requests beyond the agreed scope are quoted and billed separately as change requests.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to the client. Third-party libraries, frameworks, plugins and licensed assets remain governed by their respective licences. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the amount paid by the client for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data.

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, payment gateways or APIs. Their availability, pricing and terms are controlled by those providers and are outside our responsibility.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
