1. Official channels
Our official communication channels are the email address, phone number, WhatsApp number and contact form listed on this website. Communication received through any other channel is not treated as official.
2. Working hours
We generally operate Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. Messages received outside these hours are handled on the next working day.
3. Response times
New enquiries are usually answered within one business day. Active project communication is answered within the timelines agreed for that engagement.
4. Project communication
Scope changes, approvals and payment confirmations should be sent in writing by email or WhatsApp so both parties retain a clear record.
5. Respectful communication
We are committed to courteous, professional communication and expect the same. We reserve the right to discontinue an engagement in cases of abusive conduct.
6. Unsolicited messages
We do not send unsolicited bulk messages, and we do not entertain spam or fraudulent enquiries through our channels.
